Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of oncemanagementllc.com and any purchase of auto parts or freight services from Once Management LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide (a) the sale of used and replacement auto parts and (b) freight transportation and logistics services within the United States. Services may be performed by us or by qualified third-party carriers and suppliers we engage on your behalf.
Quotes, pricing & payment
- Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
- Freight quotes may be adjusted for inaccurate weight, dimensions, freight class, or added accessorial services (such as liftgate, residential delivery, detention, layover or re-delivery).
- Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We may require payment before shipment or dispatch.
- Part prices may include a refundable core charge where noted.
Auto parts orders
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including VIN. We verify fitment using the information supplied and industry interchange data, but cannot guarantee fitment where information is incomplete or incorrect. Used parts are sold in the condition described on your invoice. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Returns and warranty are governed by our Return Policy.
Freight shipments
- Shippers must accurately describe freight, properly package and label it, and ensure it is ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by law or carrier rules unless agreed in writing.
- Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing as a guaranteed service.
- Cancellations after a truck has been dispatched may result in TONU or other charges.
Loss, damage & claims
Note any visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt. Freight claims must be submitted in writing within nine (9) months of delivery (or scheduled delivery) with supporting documentation. Carrier liability is governed by applicable law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706 where it applies, and is limited to the carrier's stated liability per pound or shipment unless additional coverage is purchased in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Once Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, labor, towing or rental costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a part or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that part or service.
Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in our Return Policy, parts and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content for unlawful purposes. Site content, design and branding are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
